Stonehouse Pizza Carvery

Not really a pub,I Tried to order a drink at 8.00pm to be told bars closed ? It's happened to other people I know too so don't plan a late drink after your carvery. Just go to a proper pub in the first place.

Just popped in for a drink on a nice sunny day Got confronted by the bar staff complaining that we have not been seated,I explained that we only want a drink and no food then got told that we have to drink outside.

Unfortunately, the carvery at this restaurant is no longer worth the price. The vegetables were overcooked and lacked flavor, except for the roast potatoes. Additionally, the portion of meat was very small. I will not be returning to dine there in the future. Speisekarte ansehen

Come to this restaurant if you want your life talked about mid restaurant by staff where other customers can hear. Female staff chatting with pizza chef about other customers and their situations and orders extremely loud where other customers like myself could hear. This is disgusting behaviour. Staff member had long red hair slicked back. No name badge

I want to thank the staff very much for your help and service with a smile. The food was very nice some of us had the carvery and some had meals of the menu which both were great, and thank you for the candles for the cake (as i forgot to take) We will be defiantly coming again Thank you for making it stress free for me and making it special for my daughter

I have been to this restaurant a few times and usually enjoy it, but this visit was not so good. The burgers were good and served hot, but the chips were lukewarm and only barely edible if you ate them first. There was no vinegar or sauces available, only salt and pepper on the table. The staff seemed friendly enough, so perhaps the cook was just having an off day. I will visit again to see if this was a one-time occurrence, but if not, I will not return. Speisekarte ansehen

Came in today, greeted by Jade at the door, who was very accommodating and always had a smile on her face. Served by Lucy, who was very efficient at her job at the bar. We all had carvery, served by Sandra and James, 2 lovely carvery staff, meat was amazing, the vegetables cooked to perfection, brilliant food by Matt. Big well done to the kitchen team. Ordered drinks via the app, Oliver and Nico delivered them with a smile and were very professional keep up the hard work everyone

Unable to enter the premises have to wait at the door for seating .... Cannot pick your own seat !.. everybody was kettled into the same area while the rest of the pub was empty... No chance of table privacy noisy and unable to have all conversations required due to lack of privacy. Carvery meats child portions given to adults... It is about a quarter of what used to be given... The rest of it was only lukewarm as food heating was minimal... The roast potatoes were inedible the gravy was not even that hot obviously don't want to spend money on maintaining hot food No real ales anymore had to have Stella it was okay pretty good.... Menu soda drinks not served as described. That's my last visi...

I visited this restaurant on September 6th with my partner's father and stepmother to celebrate a birthday. It's their go-to spot for a carvery. We were welcomed warmly by the staff and seated in a nice, cool air-conditioned section of the restaurant on a warm day in September. The restaurant offers a carvery where you can help yourself, as well as made-from-scratch pizzas and other food options like burgers. We all opted for the carvery, which was presented beautifully like at Toby Carvery. The food was delicious, especially the gammon and turkey which were cooked perfectly - the turkey was surprisingly moist, unlike what I usually experience.
