Today, we visited as a group of 23 for breakfast. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff had prepared a special area for us, even decorating the tables for our annual family Christmas breakfast! Everything was well-organized, and we were pleasantly surprised with a visit from Santa. We truly appreciate the staff for making our day so lovely, and we will definitely be back! What an absolute delight!! I’ve never encountered a more friendly and truly attentive service team. Food was very good but the staff makes this place just outstanding. We stayed next door for 6 days and not once did we have anything but five stars service. It's just alright. I've visited twice recently to take advantage of some special offers they advertised. During my first visit, all the food was pleasant, and the staff were very attentive. However, on my second visit, they were severely understaffed. I ended up waiting a long time for my food, even though it wasn't particularly busy. Many items were missing from the menu. I ordered a fillet steak, but it was inedible. Thankfully, it was taken off the bill, but it meant I left hungry since the steak only comes with chips. The staff are definitely the highlight of the experience.
