Although the staff where busy we waited 25 minutes and then I had to get the attention of a staff member to take our order. From arriving at 8 pm we received our first course at 8.50pm. Once the starters arrived the main followed quickly.

Our family party of 4 so enjoyed our meal last night. As it was a joint birthday celebration for two of us, we wanted a special evening with good food and drink, good service in a pleasant location. Our meal at Beefys was all! Thank you everyone.

we sang here for a birthday party, it is the first time in a few years, we felt that the ambiente could have been a little more chilled, ie lighting wisely just to soften the atmosphere. no negatiw, only one observation. eating was great, like the vino. the staff was very friendly, friendly and attentive. The starter and main course were fantastic, although they felt a bit rushed. When we expressed interest in the dessert menu, no one ever returned to take our order! There was no offer of additional drinks, and when it was time to settle the bill, I noticed a service fee had been added. I found this quite disappointing and requested its removal. Overall, this restaurant has the potential to be great, but it needs to decide whether to position itself as a bistro or a high-end establishment. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

The food was really good, top quality and I would eat here again 100%. In my opinion, I think eating at this restaurant would be better at a lunch time. In the evening the mood and vibe wasn't quite right. It was too bright and didn't have a dinner atmosphere. The music was as strange mix and I know it's part of the Hilton, but the hotel guests that were staying there and then eating in the restaurant brought the mood down with the casual clothing, headphones and tablets. I would suggest dividing the restaurant for people who were guests and wanted a quick bite and then people who wanted a nice sit-down meal.

Beefys was a good restaurant which was very busy when we were there. Despite that the staff were excellent polite and hard working. I would suggest dimming the lights a bit to make it more cosy as the restaurant was very bright. Might save hotel money as well. We arrived late due to accidents on the M6 but the reception staff, Sarah contacted the restaurant and pushed out our reservation time by 1hr even though they were busy and turning people away. I would recommend the Beefy burger which was very good. Excellent service by all staff. Will definitely consider using this hotel again if I return to Southampton. Speisekarte ansehen
