Excellent service despite restaurant being exceptionally busy. So pleased we had booked a table. New menu with new dishes. Great staff and service. Highly recommended.

My daughter ordered via just eat as she has done many times before. Alway enjoyed thier food. Something went wrong as sometimes happens. However thier response shouting and behaviour was disgusting. Stay well away.

I recently had my second takeaway from this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. We ordered enough for two people, but it easily could have fed three. I will definitely be returning. Speisekarte ansehen

I have ordered from this restaurant twice and the food is always incredible. They always give you extra poppadoms and onion bhajis. I ordered the Lamb Balti with Keema Nan bread and they were so fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant for dining in or takeaway. The staff are incredibly friendly.

After a local restaurant closed down we looked for another venue to go tried three in Hinckley which were not good. We have been to this Restaurant four times now, the managers English not brilliant but always makes us welcome and looks after us, the food is wonderful the portions generous, would highly recomend

We order regularly from Bengal Village, it’s simply the best curry house around. Another order tonight, food arrived on time, fresh and hot. Chilli Garlic Duck blew my head off . Free poppadoms and dip. Also cheekily requested an upgrade on the complimentary naan that comes with the tandoori mix and the guys duly obliged at no extra cost. Amazing service! I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed their food. However, I was shocked by their behavior this evening. The food was delivered to a man, even though I am a solo female. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I questioned this and asked for a resolution, I was shouted at, hung up on multiple times, and refused a refund. This was a disappointing experience with their service.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this restaurant. After 1hr 35 mins I rang to question where my order was. I was shouted out and hung up on multiple times. Then they told me they had delivered my order to a man at the side door! I am a woman on my own and don’t have a side door. To be shouted at and called a liar by a restaurant disgusts me and I will NEVER order from here again! Luckily, just eat have cancelled my order so I’ve not had to pay!

Had food from here (Take Out) a few times and the last experience was not good at all. The online system says you get onion bhaji free we did not. Free popadoms we got 2 for four people. Found the dishes very sweet to the point we did not eat you could say this was the dishes we chose which is true however these were literally like a desert. Good quantity of food so can't complain about dish size but there are a lot of other indian food places around so don't think we would visit again. Speisekarte ansehen
