"Stayed in room 218 from Sept 1 -3. It had a large amount of bed bugs(punaises. not mosquitos as BestWest keeps trying to correct me)and i am allergic, i left with a dozen bites or so. Also found used underwear under our bed so the room was certainly was not cleaned well. Currently waiting for a refund. Other things to note: -no direct train or bus access. Nearest bus is a 30 minute walk away. The best way to arrive is by taxi. 20-30 euros from Paris. -gym is extremely small, 1-2 people max. Four pairs of dumbbells very light weight, one row machine, one bike, two yoga mats, one chest press/lat pulldown/leg curl machine, one adjustable height cable pull down w/pull up bar. Not great. -sauna was broken and out of service. -AC did nothing so keeping the windows open is a must (yes there are also mosquitos). -trail behind the hotel is nice. -food was good and had typical European serving sizes. -24/7 check in and out with staff speaking good English. -pretty expensive hotel for what it is. -forgot to mention, there is basically nothing around the hotel."

Horrible rooms, lazy people at front desk. Neve again! I bet Ibis next door is far better than this lodge. It’s certainly not a hotel.

Very well maintained hotel with easy accessible, free parking lot . Very decent room for 2kids (sleeper couch) and 2 adults (double bed).

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice well maintained rooms and super breakfast were the plus points. The location is perfect within 10 kilometers approx from Eiffel Tower and yet surrounded by nature.

Not near much besides the mall which is about a 20 min walk. The king beds are 2 queens put together and the shower head was only a handheld one which was weird. But safe and clean. Great staff as well.

Location is very far away from Paris city . Unless you want to stay away from Paris city you can stay here. There is a bus stop next to the hotel so you can easily catch the bus . Also , there is a forest area around , so you can roam around the area . Service was good and breakfast was specially great

Don't stay here. All of the rooms have a mold problem. The bathrooms in the older part of the building all reek of mold/mildew. The newer side is slightly better, but it's clear that it was poorly and quickly constructed. The room smelled dusty, and within an hour my wife had to use her emergency inhaler. Water damage from the upper floor was clear in the walls and roof of the waiting area in the lobby.

Really nice rooms, and king size beds! I think it was my first time ever on a king size bed, and it was so comfortable! Service was unobtrusive and efficient. Well spaced rooms unlike some of the hotels we were in during our Europe tour. Location is far from airport, but that's why the rates are great, but it's located in the meudon forest, so for nature lovers, it's perfect. Just a short stroll away from venturing into the green.

If you have children or a medical condition do not stay here. The room we checked into had a horrible mold smell, when we told the front desk they let us transfer into another room, which we inspected and all 4 of them smelled of mold even worse It is very hard to breathe here after only being here for a few hours and I've developed a bad migraine and feeling super tired. Please don't make the same mistake I did and stay here. You won't have any energy to go see Paris

"The Villa turned out to be an unexpected surprise. It's co-located with the Mercure hotel in Saint Cloud, and many locals frequent the establishment. It has some of the best traditional French cuisine around. Dinner isn't served until 7:30 pm, but I dined there two evenings during my trip. The maitr'de serves double duty as the only server, so it can be a bit slow when it gets busy. Set aside at least two hours for dinner and enjoy the experience. It also happens to serve the breakfast for hotel guests. It's pretty much the same every day but includes a wide variety of foods to suit many pallets and diet needs. It includes eggs (poached and scrambled), bacon, sausage, pancakes and crepes. There's an assortment of fruits, cheeses, cold cuts and three cold cereals with numerous toppings available. They also have yogurt, five or six different breads and pastries and multiple chilled juices and hot coffee. The dinner menu is limited to whatever the chef has concocted for the day. There's usually a meat and a fish and vegetable offering. The first evening I started with a salad of simple dressed greens and a piece of toasted multigrain bread topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, roasted tomatoes, thin slices of apple and tangerine. An unusual but surprisingly tasty combination. The main dish was roasted lamb served with perfectly fried pomme frittes. The lamb was a little on the tough side, but tasty and well presented. At the suggestion of the waiter, I paired the meal with a 2017 Minervois called Riussanelle. The coffee and current notes went very well with the dinner, and was so good I enjoyed it with my meal the second evening as well. That included vegetable egg rolls, roasted vegetables and a cut of lean steak that was quite tough by American standards. The dessert was a pastry with custard and a slice fig. Apparently the chef was feeling generous and creative because the waiter walked out at least two other complimentary desserts for every table that evening. Why go out for good food when it's right in front of you. I will definitely return here again."
