"Have been in this branch half a dozen times and only ever 1 problem. Not so this time. Menu cut down in size. Burger bun burnt, burger drier than the sahara, chips all end bits and tasteless. Came on a tin foil plate with bit of coloured paper on top. Sea food linguine, had to look hard to see the seafood. Back to serving Bills Cider , which I would rate as bad as Strongbow, Magners. What happened to Aspalls. Now adding service charge. Definitely last visit ever to any of their branches. Such a pity as had so many good meals here and Reading/Westfield London"

The brunch at this restaurant was fantastic, with a great atmosphere and an excellent waiter named Tofarati. He was attentive and had a great sense of humor. I can't wait to come back for dinner in the future.

Our waiter Tofarati provided exceptional service, making us feel like valued customers. The food was surprisingly delicious, especially considering I don't typically dine at restaurants like this. Overall, a fantastic experience. 10/10.

Food was lovely, staff friendly and polite. Sefarity (sorry if wrong name) was extremely funny and also gave us vouchers for a chance to win a prize. Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Ate here before seeing a performance at The Swan theatre. Service was quick and fab. Burgers were really good, cooked as requested and a good sized portion. Liked the little table lamps on the table and all the quirky decor. Toilets were really clean. Overall a great experience and would return if in the area

The waitstaff appeared disinterested in serving guests, requiring multiple calls to take orders and provide utensils or sugar for tea. While the food was satisfactory and well-presented, it did not merit the high prices. The menu did not specify that the scones contained raisins, and when inquired about alternatives, the waiter simply stated there were none. Additionally, a warm dessert was served cold, resulting in a disappointing overall experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
