I visited paris with my friend and found this place in the immediate vicinity of our hotel. what to say the burger was incredible! one of the best I've ever tried, I still dream with the taste of their own dressing! friendly and the waitress speaks many languages and she is full of sympathy. they also have vegetarian options. We enjoyed dining at the Blossom restaurant in the Sofitel Le Faoubourg when we stayed at the property. We usually stay at Sofitel properties, and we were delighted by this charming little restaurant off the lobby area of the hotel. Blossom offers healthful dishes served...in a charming terrace setting with palm trees and other plants. Many of the dishes actually include edible flowers and this may be a good option for those who prefer to eat light. The staff was friendly and professional and Blossom ranks high on our list of restaurants in Paris.

I've been to Blossom on the Boissy D'Anglas in Paris many times for lunch. The thing that sets this apart from other Paris restaurants is that they concentrate on offering healthy options including salads, lots of vegetables and grains. So if you're staying in Paris...and you've had enough of the rich French food you have to come here. I gave Blossom four as opposed to five stars as the service can be a little slow, particularly at lunch time, so make sure you're not in too much of a hurry. Otherwise it really is excellent, fresh food, beautifully prepared and friendly if not speedy service.
