What a pleasure to find breweries like the BHV. the dishes are delicious and the presentation always treated the servers are pleasant. The place is very nice the terrace on the square with the store is great whether in the sun or under the rain it is a place where you can sit to drink a drink playing cards with friends and eat. The midi formula is really cool cheap and very good. For me the best value for PESSAC.

The kitchen is of very good quality, the presentation of the dishes is often original, we brought a lot of people who were surprised by the quality because they expected a more standard kitchen in a brewery. In fact it's a gastronomic restaurant (or perhaps bistronomic as we say today). In addition the staff is very nice, there is a large well sheltered terrace (we even ate there while it was raining ropes). And it's all done home! For me it's one of the best restaurants in Pessac!
