£53 for 3 burgers, 3 fries, 2 shakes. The burgers were dry and hard and pretty dissappointing. The sweet potato fries where overcooked, shrivelled and dry. Shakes where fine but £5 each. Really high price for what was pretty average food. Will try elsewhere next time.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. The food was lovely, however, the portions were really small and so expensive. £24 for two tiny burgers, small portion of chips and 3 halloumi fries is pretty rubbish. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.

I paid £7 for a small, unsatisfying burger that I finished in just 4 bites. The price didn't even include the chips, which would have made it even more expensive. My first visit to this place and it did not disappoint. I was skeptical after reading mixed reviews but everything about my visit was great. There was a small wait but only a few minutes and the food was exceptional. Service was friendly and fast. Prices were fantastic too. Excellent place to visit.

Ordered burgers and a box on Uber. Delivery was around an hour which you expect on a Friday night. However the quality of the food nowhere near matches the prices charged. Burgers are tiny and tasteless despite being £10 each, chips are soggy, onion rings and fried chicken tasted of old oil and overall very disappointing.

I used to love the burgers at this restaurant, but my recent visits have been disappointing. The "festive chick" burger I ordered was nothing like what was described on the menu. It was an overcooked, pre-formed chicken fillet with a messy topping that did not resemble the advertised ingredients. The constant stream of delivery drivers coming in and out with their masks half on was also frustrating. I used to enjoy coming to this place, but now I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I was really surprised to see so many negative reviews when I came to write this because we had a dine-in meal and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable (possibly because everything is much cheaper in Scotland compared to the south of England). I believe that having a sit-down meal at BRGR is better than having it delivered by services like Justeat or Deliveroo. Regardless, I would highly recommend BRGR, even though many others may not.

As a Saturday night treat, I placed an order on Just-Eat for dinner. Upon delivery, it was established that all 4 burgers were missing, and only the chips had been delivered. When contacting BRGR, they admitted it was their error, however were unable to re-deliver the order or offer a refund over the phone. I suggested them sending the missing items by taxi (we are pretty local), however this was not an option. The only resolution was to contact Just-Eat ......even though they weren't at fault!! I've had many a meal from them in the past....but no longer. Shocking.

Ordered from UberEats and my boyfriend stood outside for 15 minutes when the app stated that the driver was approaching. Nobody showed up and the order was marked as delivered, so we paid £26 for an order we never received. Uber may be a separate company but BRGR have consciously made the decision to work with them and as such must take joint responsibility for the customer experience. 2 hours later we are still unable to make contact with Uber to receive any kind of refund and the restaurant has since closed. The lack of empathy or any attempt at helping us out during the 2 phone calls we made was honestly pretty disgusting. Would it have killed you to send out another order or even offer t...
