"An absolute insider tip! I've been to the Burgermeister Zoo several times now and have been thrilled every time! The ambience is simply unique and conveys a feeling of comfort and adventure at the same time. The service is friendly and attentive the team always has a smile on their faces and makes you feel at home straight away. The highlight is of course the burgers! The selection of variations is huge and every dish is prepared fresh and with a lot of love. I can particularly recommend the classic cheeseburger the meat is juicy, the cheese is perfectly melted and the combination of fresh ingredients and homemade sauces rounds off the taste perfectly. The side dishes, such as the crispy fries and the delicious onion rings, are also simply delicious. If you are looking for a special burger experience, you will definitely find it here. The burgers tasted okay, of course a notch better than your average fast food burger chain. I have already tried Burgermeister years ago, at the original U Schlesisches Tor, now they have multiple branches, just a little disappointed that the taste and quality is not the same with the original, or not what it used to be. We ordered takeout but I took a bite while they were still fresh. We had the Fleischermeister and the normal Hamburger. The normal Hamburger was a winner for me for only 4,90€. The fries were disappointing because they tasted old. The area is so small and it was really very hot inside.
