a beautiful place on the hills of Emilia, with a beautiful view on vignola. we have taken the fixed menu proposed at the entrance, nothing bad in all its reach, only that, you have to pay attention to the invitation of the waiters to a possible bis of magnitude, if you do not ask, you will find a price different from the fixed menu.

Siamo stati a pranzo ed abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione. Tutto buonissimo, dal gnocco fritto leggero e friabile, ai primi (i tortellini sono strepitosi) secondi ed assaggio di dolci, tutto ottimo e curato. Abbiamo bevuto il loro cabernet di cui ho portato a casa una bottiglia perché merita. Si sente la dedizione e la voglia di mantenere sapori genuini, noi torneremo sicuramente! not an exciting experience. . .arrivarci is an enterprise, with roads from off-road/endur, at least with the path of gmaps, and on eating bah...maybe to paper is better, but menu proposed by the house, although complete, not of the best as quality. bad service (notable waiting, necessary to pick up,) but I deduct why it was Sunday, so crowded.. the discount at the end not required made it understand was a misguided day.

Elegante agriturismo nelle colline di Castello di Serravalle. Cucina bolognese e piatti del giorno proposti fuori menù. Prodotti di eccellenza utilizzati in cucina elencati anche nel menù. Vini prodotti in casa così come le confetture utilizzate per i dolci. Ottime le crescentine, i piccolissimi tortellini serviti in brodo, petroniana buonissima, piatti vegetariani in menù. Ampia scelta di dolci. Personale disponibile e cortese. Ambiente caldo ed elegante. Bellissima la vista sulla campagna circostante. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità proposta.

Non vedo l'ora di ritornare a Bologna, solo per poter mangiare in questo agriturismo. Purtroppo a causa del volo, non potevamo soffermarci più di tanto, ma l'intenzione era quella di provare i menù degustazione. Abbiamo optato per antipasti, primi, dolci e amari. Ovviamente qualora doveste provare questo posto, non si possono non prendere i loro tortellini. Qualcosa di assolutamente immaginabile. Non ho mai provato un piatto così buono e così semplice. Ogni pietanza è servita personale gentile e super disponibile, ma ciò che mi ha colpita maggiormente è la dolcezza della proprietaria Margherita, capace di gestire al meglio e nei minimi dettagli.
