Cadwaladers Trentham Gardens

Waited 15 minutes for 1 cappuccino. Not really that busy. had to leave most of it to go do the parkrun!

Despite Trentham shipping village being very dog friendly we had to sit outside. The pots of tea used 'tea leaves ' better described as granules and not much of them either. Had to pay by card as they do not accept cash. Toasted sandwich was ok.

I love dogs but constant barking hardly calls for a peaceful coffee break, ordered two coffee which was ok, the table was filthy i asked waitress to clean table to visible tutt while spraying cleaner all over me and drinks and missing table !! not acceptable wont be returning. Awful customer service

I visited Trentham Gardens today. Cold and wet. The blue diamond garden centre cafe is not dog friendly so I went to Cadwaladers. Dog friendly but my little cavalier was not allowed to sit on my lap. First time ever in 3 years I have been told he can't sit on my lap. I am disgusted and won't go back.

We arrived, ordered our 2 jacket potatoes and two drinks, after 35 minutes no food, I went up and said we have been waiting half an hour but no food, the girl said what did you order? I told her within 5 minutes they appeared, between me saying and receiving another girl came over and offered us free drinks as our order was missed, fare play to them just very frustrating.

Went to the till to order 2 toasties and 2 coffees, only to told before I finished my sentence that there's no onion and food will be at least 25 minutes. So I just ordered coffee. My wife then went straight up and ordered our food which was on our table within 5 minutes. I'm disappointed as I have a disfigurement on my face and believed I was judged. The lady on the till was named Karen. I'm not happy at all on my first trip to Trentham Gardens as a member

On the wettest May day where it hadn't stopped raining all day, you wouldn't allow a well behaved group of school children to sit down and eat there ice cream in your premises. You asked them to leave your virtually empty shop and stand out side in the rain after you had taken their money. Shame on you where is your compassion? These child are your future customers. I can honestly say we use your shop very often at the weekends and I will not be using it again. I could understand if it was a sunny day with a high demand of footfall but today was not that type of day.

Visited the cafe today Staff were lovely no issues at all with the service and friendliness of the ladies working . Unfortunately a noisy place that allows dogs indoors , the food was terribly overpriced a cheese sandwich was just under 7.00 asked if we could have cucumber on as didn’t want side salad said they don’t do cucumber , no sauce provided literally just grated cheese on bog standerd white bread . The jacket with Tuna was better , portion size good and filling tasty . But again not worth the price. Nice coffee and milkshake for this reason will only be returning for drinks and cakes in future

We visited couple of times recently and the customer service has been absolutely wonderful both times. The first time my partner and I sandwich outside with our puppy as it was a nice day. My partner is allergic to rocket, and the lady behind the counter made absolutely sure that there was no rocket in the salad. The second time we sat inside as it was raining, and we bought our 13 week old puppy again. We were served with the same level of enthusiasm, every member of staff was more than accommodating for my vegan diet, and my partners allergy.
