"We decided to check Cafe Bon Vin and try their famous fondue after a recommendation from a local friend. Of course it was the right thing to do!It is central with a parking near by.The decoration is old typical Swiss style but did not bother us as it is matching perfectly with the whole ecperience. The gentleman serving us was a bit grumpy on his facial expressions however he could communicate in English and did his part in a nice and polite way.We order the Fondue Chevre (goat cheese) and the Fondue Champignons (mushrooms) along with bread a d potatoes. Both had a great taste and texture. We could tell that it was the real fondue. Thick and nice. The goat cheese has more taste but for those who do not like strong cheese smell and flavour be aware. We loved it!!! Goes better with bread.The mushroom was a bit salty and i would say it a safer option for someone that is not really into cheese but wants to try it once. Is better combines with potatoes plus the extra salt goes away with potatoes so it is more balanced.The desserts are not a big success thats why i recommend to have the Cerises Au Kirsch (cherry kirsch). Strong alcoholic sweet as you cannot have any water or waterbased dessert after or with fondue!!!Its impossible to have every night fondue however we will be back again soon!!! Thank you!"

This place is very typical and authentic. The owners are friendly. The fondue is my favorite! It is located nearby the geneva lake. I highly recommend it.

WIRKLICH TOP !!! Das Fondue ist sehr gut, die beiden Personen, die das Restaurant führen, sind freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben einen wirklich angenehmen Abend verbracht. Adresse, die ich auf jeden Fall empfehle, wenn Sie in Veysonnaz sind.

Nous avons été accueilli comme à la maison par ce charmant couple. Restaurant familial depuis trois générations ayant gardé l'esprit et le cadre d'antan.Cuisine aux saveurs de la région fait maison, avec légumes du jardin.Choix de différentes fondues et sur réservation plats de viandes !Les patrons sont aux petits soins, accueillants et charmants. Nous avons passé une magnifique soirée !

This is a cute little restaurant/cafe where the locals get together. The place is run by an elderly couple who are extremely friendly and accommodating. The menu variety is very small, though - they were serving fondue of beef tartar. We ordered three pepper fondu - the peppery taste was a bit overwhelming but the atmosphere and the friendliness makes up for all. The fondue was served with their homemade zucchini pickles and that was really delicious.
