I ordered a Valensolaise which contained one scoop of honey ice cream, one scoop lavender, on scoop nougat with honey and chantilly cream. It was very pretty, but in hindsight, I should've just stuck to the lavender. The richness in flavour of the lavender sorbet was to die for. It actually overpowered the other ice cream flavours. I could've easily eaten three scoops of just lavender.
