"Awesome food. the ceviche and the tuna exquisite. They have put gluten-free bread with tomato and adapted one of the gluten-free soy dishes for us. the most delicious artisanal vermú. the beautiful views and the girls they attend are very friendly and resolutive. They've served us pretty fast despite being full. We'll definitely come back, we want to try the salmon pier mmmmm"

"Primera visita a Es Baluard y, como reflexión, incomprensible no haber ido antes. Situado en un primer piso frente a la bahía de Cadaqués. Afortunados por sentarnos en una de las dos mesas frente a una ventana donde contemplar unas magníficas vistas. Carta de cocina marinera con opciones más elaboradas. Extraordinaria carta de vinos muy bien presentada. Aunque era una cena nos animamos a pedir un suquet de rape y gambas, excelente en sabor, cantidad y calidad de los ingredientes. Para la espera compartimos un sonso muy bueno. Profiteroles de postre. El vino, un Valmaña de Clos de Agon, variedad Viognier, que nos gustó mucho. Los precios de los vinos muy moderados con discreto aumento respecto a precios de tienda. Servicio muy correcto. Local muy bonito. Relación calidad precio muy buena viendo los precios actuales del pescado y mariscos frescos. Muy recomendable."

"Iñaki and his team really have curated a gem of a restaurant. We were initially disappointed with the potential restaurant options around Cadaqués. Most other places were either closed or overpriced and touristy waterfront restaurants. We stumbled upon this little gem after searching for a spot to have dinner for around twenty minutes. Iñaki somehow found us a table even though the restaurant was booked for the entire evening. We had razor clams, scallops, suquet (traditional Catalan fish stew , along with a local wine, some apertifs (try their house vermouth! and digestifs, and the most delicious Crema Catalana for dessert. Everything tasted fresh, in fact this was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while! The service was top-notch, the small staff was friendly, conversational, and willing to provide recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal!"

"Reservamos para cenar en este restaurante dejándonos guiar por tripadvisor y porque estaba cerca de nuestro hotel. La comida estaba muy rica y el chef encantador. Teníamos dudas de que escoger y la camarera que nos atendió no supo contestar a nuestras preguntas, no conocía los platos. Creo que deberían formar un poco mejor a los camareros en la carta. De todas formas, nuestra puntuación es la máxima porque este último punto no hizo que nuestra experiencia se viese afectada."
