guided by the comments about this restaurant we went to dinner on Saturday. the place clean, quiet (we are alone,) the dinner well....nothing from the other world, except the torrija with ice cream and pineapple did not deserve the price we paid. But the waitress! That's unprofessionalism! What a little touch! It's clear we won't come back, let alone recommend it!

el lugar es moderno y los camareros atentos y rápidos. Además de los boletos que eran muy buenos, tomar una cabra asada, y era exquisito. muy bien hecho y de muy buena calidad. El único pero, desde el restaurante, era el sonido del lugar. Había demasiado ruido, aunque la habitación estaba completa, pero no era demasiado grande. No oímos en la mesa. magnífico restaurante junto a la catedral, de un ambiente muy agradable y limpio al máximo (incluyendo lavabos impecables . exquisita cocina, con toques de modernidad en platos tradicionales (no hay camas de nada y las declaraciones de los platos no comienzan por el artículo. de entrantes, carnes y pescados, sin nombres largos de los platos pesan más que la comida misma. merluza y chipirones mejor que en la costa. por 40 € se come maravillosamente incluyendo un buen vino y deliciosos postres. absolutamente recomendado en sigüenza.

the big street is one of the best simpas restaurants if you are looking for traditional food with a gourmet touch. they have a quite interesting menu, but the specialities of the house are roasted: chochinillo, lamb and, most importantly, child. algunos platos de acorde de calidad y cantidad. la verdad nos sorprendió tanto por precio, cantidad y calidad cada uno de ellos. Lo único que nos molestó fue que nos atraparon 1,50€ de pan por persona sin haberlo pedido, pero el resto muy bien. la decoración a 10 y el tratamiento de cada uno de los camareros, inmejorable. Pedimos la arcilla y piña revueltos con pimienta, que en vista no era muy agradable, pero de sabor era increíble, jugado con la dulzura de la pimienta y los pinos con la fuerza de la arcilla. otro de los platos que el chochinillo era como comer carne hecha de jalea, con un toque crujiente en el exterior pero muy cremoso dentro, un sabor increíble y muy bien tratado, acompañ...
