obligatory stop for Italians on holiday in Corralejo! The owner is super helpful and welcoming and you can book comfortably by whatsapp! the food is very good and cooked with care. the place has a wonderful ocean view! to try

perfection in a tartare: Tuna, burrata, pistachio pesto, cherry tomatoes. the best I have ever eaten fabulous also fried calamaretti with pecorino, ricotta ravioli with truffle and cream scampi and beet gnomes with melted cheese. very kind owner and very kind staff. Italian cuisine restaurant merge delicious. to each richest dish. have a variety of pier. we ask for the salmon with lima ginger to share and then tataki of atun and gnoccis of remolacha with squid, goat cheese and pumpkin cream. the spectacular cheese cake.I wish I could repeat, but we are not from the island. I recommend going! besides being very kind

Without a doubt the best Italian I have ever been, the treatment of the very good staff, and the food or speak an expectancy for the palate, the very rich cheese table. and don't be fooled by the 4 pieces of pasta. but they are homemade, bigger than usual weigh much more for the ingredients that it carries inside and the flavor. I couldn't describe it as delicious, it would be short. the super cool pier, I've never tried anything like that and so desserts chocolate cake and the pumpkin pie surprised us just throw the flavor! I'll go back and recommend it 100%!

I loved squid gnochis with squids on the plate and guacamole, and salmon tataki with ginger and lime. tuna cake with cucumber surprises its freshness, although it seems that the last touch is missing. the desserts a little scarce in number. We delight in the maracuya panacota and a rich tiramisu that I asked for pq not to have the dessert that I had dripped. of wine, an Italian gewurtzaminer, conti d'arco. good atmosphere and curious combinations on the dishes.
