"Ritorniamo con piacere dopo due anni e ancora una volta ne usciamo con un ricordo fantastico! Considerato l'appetito ci affidiamo al menù degustazione e la scelta si rivela ottima : aperitivo di benvenuto con bruschette di pomodori e crudo molto sfiziose; tris di antipasti (polpo arrostito, gamberi e salmone scottato. Troccoli con rana pescatrice gamberi e pomodorini ciliegino; pesce al forno con decorazione di zucchine e carote dal sapore straordinario. Dolce sopraffino. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo rosato. Finale di caffè e due limoncelli. Prezzo in di euro. Conto straonesto, freschezza del pesce immediatamente percepibile al palato, gusto straordinario, impiattamento e servizio molto curato (ci ha servito Daniele, professionalità e simpatia allo stesso tempo), location molto fine, cuoco da URLO! Complimenti vivissimi, torneremo per passare un'altra serata emozionante!"

"Marketed as a Cucina Biologica it is pricey compared to the normal level of Puglian restaurant costs. Sadly my experience was not a good one. Orderd a Caesar salad, but not sure what turned up. 75% lettuce, a few preces of burnt chicken on top, with some small pieces of carrot. No crutons, no achovies, no parmesan, no egg. Why include a well dish on the menu, yet serve something completely different? Wine was also pricey for Puglia served by average staff. And finally the only restaurant that we have visited in Italy which charged a cover price, yet supplied no bread........interesting though, the two tables on which locals were dining did receive bread. In summary, your typical tourist trap restaurant."

"This is my favorite restaurant in barletta, Whenever i come to barletta, i always eat here, sometimes every day. The ambience is great, the staff is friendly, and the owner even more so. I've been to Kaori on every trip I've made to the Bari/Puglia area, and it has never disappointed me, on the contrary, it has ruined sushi for me in the rest of Europe. I literally can't eat sushi in the netherlands anymore, even our best local sushi restaurant tastes like supermarket sushi after eating at Kaori. Domenico thank you for this experience."

"we took advantage of the discount with the fork (completely respected) and it was a great dinner. parade of appetizers (almost a dozen) with fresh fish and well presented dishes, all very good. we continued with two first: cacio and pepper with red tuna (good and abundant) and ears with mussels and turnip buds (this dish has somewhat disappointed me because the goto of the mussels was totally overstated by the turnip buds). exceptional account due to discount via app."

"I am a real fan of this restaurant, which I have been seeing for years with extreme satisfaction. recently returned, after the change of guard property, I found changes in the menu, which I did not appreciate with the usual enthusiasm. the portion of the carpacci watch has greatly resized, and it is a sin, because it was a dish that reconciled you with the world in a few moments. the new courses, inserted between the appetizers and in the seconds, are more than pleasant, but they do not leave the mark as those that previously embellished the menu. change is well accepted, but it must be up to, if not improved, compared to the past.
