Marketed as a Cucina Biologica it is pricey compared to the normal level of Puglian restaurant costs. Sadly my experience was not a good one. Orderd a Caesar salad, but not sure what turned up. 75% lettuce, a few preces of burnt chicken on top, with some small pieces of carrot. No crutons, no achovies, no parmesan, no egg. Why include a well dish on the menu, yet serve something completely different? Wine was also pricey for Puglia served by average staff. And finally the only restaurant that we have visited in Italy which charged a cover price, yet supplied no bread........interesting though, the two tables on which locals were dining did receive bread.
