Capricho Portuguese Kitchen

I always enjoy dining at Capricho and have been there many times. The food is delightful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Christina, in particular, always has a smile on her face and makes us feel very welcome.

This restaurant is an oasis and would thrive anywhere. The food is exceptional, especially the octopus, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, just like all the other dishes. The staff was also very good.

The food here is excellent, served in a modern atmosphere. The portions are generous, the quality is top-notch, and the presentation is stunning. The service is outstanding as well. I can’t wait to return and sample the entire menu! Speisekarte ansehen

fabulous introduction to real Portuguese cuisine. the quality is very high. they are very passionate about providing a high service standard and they are also very informative when asking about eating and Portuguese culture. highly recommended, they cannot go wrong. will be back soon.

You can’t go wrong with this place—it offers fantastic food! The slowly boiled octopus with sweet potato was incredible, and the staff were lovely in a beautiful atmosphere. I also had the steak with creamy sauce and cinnamon potatoes, which was absolutely gorgeous and could probably feed two people! I would definitely come back.

On arrival a bit chaotic as our table wasn't ready for 20 minutes. Waitress advised they were short of staff that evening. Was a bit concerned but they managed to turn the situation round by providing an excellent meal and good service. Chateaubriand on the bill was overcharged by a tenner which was swiftly corrected by the waitress when we highlighted the error !! Speisekarte ansehen

The food here is incredible, bursting with rich flavors and beautifully presented. In my photos, you can see the lamb cutlets and the slow-grilled octopus. The experience felt like dining at a high-end restaurant on Park Lane. You can truly sense the passion of the owners and chefs just through the dishes they create. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!

we had a great meal on Saturday. the service was some of the best I ever had. all employees who know about our order and seem to be happy. if the personal is happy, it sets a beautiful mood for the restaurant. I loved seeing the kitchen staff preparing meals. the food was excellent, great choice (more than I expected as vegetarian) and everything was so delicious. the drinks were a special highlight- fabulous weine, cocktail and gin. will be visited again!

My family and I went to the restaurant on Sunday. They were ready promptly and with great service. They answered all our queries regarding the menu and drinks. The food: Three of us ordered the picanha plate and it was cooked perfectly, the portions are a good size. (enough for my mother to share with my father as his dish didn't include the same accompaniment). the other two plates were the Octopus dish that had a good taste, and the last plate was the pork alentajana This plate everyone on the table had a bite because it was simply delicious!! Desserts: We ordered 1 special which was their passionfruit cheesecake which was marvelous. We also got 2 Doce capricahdo which also tasted amazing... Speisekarte ansehen
