Carluccio's - Speisekarte

Visited this location in south Kensington, after attending mass at Westminister Cathedral.

Nice ambience, not very busy for Sunday night. Service was quick and lovely. Pasta and risotto well cooked and flavoured.

Good cafe. Available for working if needed, with outlets close to certain seats. Beautiful view and good atmosphere. Got one of the specials bruschetta, it was delicious!

We had a good experience at this branch of Carluccio’s. Not a great fun of bread but their freshly baked focaccia with prawns and fennel was flawless. Great customer service from staff ; tidy environs.

Amazing experience! We were greeted warmly by the staff outside the restaurant. Despite it being a busy lunchtime, we were seated at a table within 15 minutes. We tried the two course specials, which were priced at around £10 each, and were not disappointed. The authentic Italian food was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. When we first arrived at the restaurant, we were underwhelmed. It took some time to get the server's attention and our initial impressions were not positive. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional service. The food was delicious and the set menu was easy to navigate. Thank you, Carluccio. The restaurant is not too crowded before 5 pm, but picks up business afterwards. It is impeccably clean with a beautiful atmosphere. I am glad that this establishment still thrives in South Kensington.

Since the branch on Fulham Road is closed, this has now become my new favorite spot. I particularly enjoy the Christmas floral with coffee and their sardines. It's a shame they no longer serve their thick hot chocolate, as it was the only place in London (and possibly all of Britain) where I could get my favorite rich, molten hot chocolate instead of a watery version. Today we were looked after by Angela, who was very attentive. When she found out about my love for the hot chocolate, she even went out of her way to bring me a special brew.

First time at a Carluccio Restaurant and it was ok. Visited with three friends. The food I ordered was really tasty, but one of meals we ordered to share was not and it was the calamari. When we told one of the staff, they were kind enough to take it off the bill as we hardly touched it. So, thank you for that. Other than that, I polished off my meal as I was super hungry after an afternoon walking around the V&A. Hence my four stars. For the staff: please clean the seats as well when clearing the tables as ours still had crumbs from previous guests. Also kindly clean the toilets at least every hour as having toilet paper all over the floor is not a pretty sight. Other than that, keep up the... Speisekarte ansehen
