"Got the 3 course meal. The bread tin comes with 2 pieces of bread and a load of biscuits. The liver patty was okay but the bread was soaked in oil and fried. The beef tomato salad was nice. The risotto was a small portion and was thick and salty. The steak was ordered medium rare but was so thin it came out well down. Again small portion. We ordered two cocktails which were strong and presented in wine glasses The panna cotta was too sweet but well presented and nice if you like sweet strong vanilla. The chocolate bread was quite hard in the middle and soggy on the edges."

We visited during a lunchtime as it began to be busy. We were greeted by a hospitable host who quickly set us and order our drinks. A short time later our food order was taken. Our dishes arrived very fast. They were of a high standard, very well presented, very tasty and filling! I'd be repeating myself if in Oxford again without a doubt.
