Walked over here from our hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious. A pleasant ending to our unexpected night in London due to a canceled flight.

Beautiful restaurant in the Heathrow Marriott with great Italian food inspired by the world famous chef Carlo Carluccio at a friendly price. Ordered the lobster paste which was great and we shared starters where the arrancini were lovely. Will come back. Speisekarte ansehen

A five star experience, I loved the delicious food well done chef Madan‍, great customer service by the receiving manager Antony and the service staff Manignsah. Restaurant was busy but surprisingly everything was served on time, i liked the vibe, ambiance, music and most importantly the friendly staff. Will visit again on my next trip.

I want to begin by highlighting the wonderful ambiance in the restaurant. The lighting was excellent, and I appreciated the decorative touches of planes and fruits. The food rated 8.5/10, the energy level was 7/10, and the service was outstanding at 9.5/10. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Heathrow area.

Had a layover in heathrow and walked over to this restaurant for a nice Italian dinner. The service was great and the food was absolutely fantastic. I had the pasta with short rib ragu and kalamata olives and it was sooooo yummy. I can’t believe I’ve never had that combination before. Absolutely fantastic staff and really nice food to the best of Carluccio's high standards. I've been to a lot of hotel restaurants and this is by far the best one. We were travelling with a restless toddler and still managed to have a high quality sit down meal. Special thanks and shoutout to Faiza, Chef Razel and Chef Raj, who were just amazing with us. Super kind and made us feel very welcomed. So we will definitely be back.

This restaurant is conveniently located near my home, but surprisingly, I had never realized it was there. To start, the food was genuinely great. When my server playfully asked if it was really good, I had to confess that it was actually excellent! The service was attentive, friendly, and helpful, with regular offers for drink refills. The establishment is clean and well-organized, featuring friendly staff, tasty food, and prompt service. I definitely plan to return.

I had a problem with my food last week, but when I visited again this week and ordered the same dish, I was pleased to find that it was excellent. The service provided by Antonio and the bar staff was fantastic. Francisco, the restaurant manager, also took the time to speak with me and apologized for the previous experience. I was very impressed with their commitment to service recovery; they truly know how to handle complaints in a way that satisfies customers.
