We ordered the 5 course degustation menu. Every course could not be faulted from the beautiful presentation to the incredible flavours. The service was excellent and the setting perfect. Highly recommend. So far Bolzano’s best food.

Visited this beautiful location when passing through Bolzano. Beautiful 14th century renovated castle with a top notch restaurant. We had the 5 course menu with the accompanying wines. All local produce disches with local wines, including wine of their own house. Food was good, and wine, service, location was great! The maitre also showed us where we could buy the local wines which was very sweet.

Restaurant always spectacular, it is about eight years that we frequent your restaurant from the first date with my wife). Every year you can surprise us with excellent dishes, excellent combinations of wines and hospitality worthy of an authority. Location in an ancient castle located above Bolzano, wonderful and very suggestive view. Thank you for the love and commitment you put us every day to make every dinner a sweet memory.

I was so impressed!! This Castel is breathtaking, the food mouth watering and the chef was a gem! We had our wedding reception here. Chef Andreas was very welcoming to the country and to the Castel. He helped us through the decisions for the evening and made it so easy and wonderful for us. He met us on the walk way into the Castel with a glass for each of us to toast as a new couple! My entire family loved everything that was served and we were impressed with the Castel. It was beautiful in so many ways! I don’t know when we come back to Italy but we would love to cross paths with Andreas and eat at this restaurant again!

we chose this restaurant because we were very attracted to the location. and the choice was super cool. The most striking thing is the location, curated and magical, accompanied by spectacular panoramic views. The menu proposals have completely satisfied us and the staff very kind has made us spend a pleasant evening. Our two girls were welcome. for them they immediately brought a coloring table and immediately dined choosing from the menu dedicated to them. It is beautiful the corner playground, where the girls enjoyed all evening, giving us the opportunity to enjoy that spectacular view, that excellent wine and that delicious food. We'll be back for sure.

The location is certainly stunning. But how it often is with a great location comes ordinary food. If you add rude and fairly incompetent staff, you’ll have a winner. Winner for most of the patrons that nowadays have no idea about food. The entrées were … salty. (would not be able to tell you what the ingredients were apart from salt and maybe something else), one main course had ingredient out of a jar (you could taste the cheap vinegar used for conservation) and the meat had all its flavour cooked out of it, the other courses weren’t cooked enough. And don’t tell me that everybody has their own taste; that is true but the vegetables i.e. were almost raw instead of nicely soft. No wonder ma...
