We stumbled across Cava, but what wonderful place. Not your traditional Italian a little twist but food was exceptional. Presentation was awesome. Loved the decor and enjoyed setting outside enjoying the palazzo

very nice place, in the market square in spoleto. very young and very friendly staff. We've laid fish dishes. The salad of octopus and potatoes with salad and taggiasche olives and the octopus with mashed potatoes, all accompanied by a great white wine. absolutely to try!

It happened by chance with my son we were greeted with familiarity and professionalism. Aurora and Simone pampered us with their Apulian perfume dishes. All great but I recommend in particular octopus salad and small ears with top of turnip, sausage and dried tomatoes. Excellent value for money. Nice place in the square in the historic center of Spoleto. Service a little slow, menu with few dishes (surprised seconds). Pasta with excellent truffle and gnocchi in the norm. Staff available and friendly. Prices perhaps slightly higher for the average of other restaurants in the area. However local recommended!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

We ordered primi piatti of Smoked salmon salad and (mine) gnocchi with gorgonzola and pumpkin puree. The salad was a good mix of seasonal greens and nicely smoked salmon. The gnocchi with the orgonzola seemed strange I know, but is was really good! I told the person who served them to tell the chef. He said I am the chef !. Wow , I said they are really good texture and the sauce was unexpectedly strange but perfect!! (He gave me a few tips on how to make it too. I 'd tell you but then I 'd have to kill you). First thing you notice about this cute and cozy restaurant is the beautiful gracious and ever smiling hostess: Aurora. The outside terrace, best place to enjoy a meal or aperitivo under the umbrella to shield you from “cooking” in the sun. The tables are colorfully dressed which goes out of the norm with plain colored table clothing. The inside of the restaurant is like walking through a collectors museum. The gracious host is well travelled and in her sojourn she has collected very beautiful and unique pieces of photos.
