"I've been living in the Perishian cellars since 1983 and I've been living in the Québec for 16 years. When my business brings me back to the paris, I have a great pleasure to spend an evening in this warm place and I take my friends to make them discover not only a very fine cuisine, but also the wines that accompany it and the people who love us. This is a place where I like to find myself and find the owners of the establishment and their staff.
