"What a disappointment My wife and I arrived at the restaurant quite late in the evening and were happy to wait for 45 mins for a table. We were initially placed at the top of the street, near a bin which wasn’t a great start. We asked if we could be moved which they obliged. I chose the lamb chops (around 22 euros) and my wife chose the steak with the rochefort sauce. My lamb chops arrived which could only be described as if the cat had gotten to them first (see picture). I had at that point had ONE chop or what was left of it. Apparently they are this small as they are baby lamb chops ermmm. My wife’s meal arrived without the sauce and after asking 3 times she gave up. The steak btw was really good. We also asked for some water 4 times and had to badger the waiter to get him to bring it out. It looked on the face of it that they were just run off their feet. All in all a real disappointment when you consider the reputation this place has. Would we go here again nope. We had some excellent meals in the old town which were not only better but cheaper as well try elsewhere if you want a decent meal. As an aside we did complain and got a small discount but would rather have had a decent meal!"

Well, I though having a plate of various fish would be very tasty but basically I got a plate of fish heads and bones. Very fiddle to try and get the meat off the bones.

We had the menu of the day, bread, with a starter, main, desert and white wine. Both enjoyed it and would recommend this restaurant. I had the chorizo with egg as a starter (massive) my husband had the soup. I had the steak and he had the Iberian pork and we both had the creme caramel for desert. Speisekarte ansehen

Enjoyed the menu del dia. The menu had not changed since I was last there nearly two and a half years ago. More surprisingly it had not gone up in price. It was a pleasant meal enjoying the gazpacho in particular. It was nice to sit outside in Calle Gerona (Food Street) and watch the world go round. Good service. Well worth a visit.

We have been to Benidorm a few times and I don’t know why but have never visited this restaurant. This particular evening we were going to another restaurant but it was closed. The restaurant is fabulous to look at, very authenticity Spanish and brilliant Spanish food. Great assortment of starters. Lovely mains. I had the Turbot which was lovely and so much of it!. We even shared desserts and coffees. Can’t wait for our next visit to return. Thank you for the great experience and lovely staff. ESTUPENDO!
