"Have ordered a few takeaways from here and it’s always been really nice. I’ve just had a masaman curry and it was super tasty and full of flavour only thing I have to say was that I ordered beef but I got chicken instead but it was still nice and there was just one small cube of potato in the dish. My partner had the Thai crispy duck and it was good as well. The food was ready super quick but overall the food is really lovely."

"So happy to be able to finally sit back in here for an enjoyable lunch. The work that has been put in to ensure social distancing and to make customers feel safe is great, hand sanitisers on entering, one way system in place, and good distance between tables. Food as always was gorgeous, service was great and prices are very reasonable"

"have made a family birthday dinner here. staff very friendly and helpful. eating was nice and hot. good choice (although some items were not available in the menu) with alternatives for one of the party that was gluten-free. we missed a few pieces of chips but were reduced to the final bill. in any case worth a visit."

"Visited this place for dinner. Waited ages for a menu, then waited ages to order and when we ordered waited ages for the food and drink. They advertise meals on their menu as gluten free, staff take your order and then minutes later tell...you that what you have ordered isn’t gluten free. Third time lucky and they manage to make you something from the menu that is gluten free but absolutely tasteless and pricey. Come on guys it’s and Newtownards is full of good places to eat so you’re going to have to up your game. Very disappointing. Not the place it used to be. A shame really. Won’t be back."

"Mediterranean dinner at Chef and Manager in Newtownards near Belfast. It is one of those places that do not exist on IG, yet known to locals and is always fully packed. We were so lucky to have got recommended it and to actually manage to get a table on a Friday! The food was exquisite, the flavours, the presentation, the staff, everything was done with extra care. One of those places when you feel the owners take it upon themselves to ensure you enjoy every detail. . What you see here is duck breast, so tender! Laid on some veggies, and a selection of sauces. Each of them takes you on a different journey. Second main was a rack of lamb (mint crusted), it had a charcoal flavour and the taste was complemented by Mediterranean veggies. Both dishes came with potato gratin. . For starters, we had beans soup and goat cheese fritters with beetroot and bread. I was so tempted to go there again during out short visit"
