I had the opportunity to dine in the winter garden at the restaurant of the castle of strings during my stay and the environment is exceptional! the service and quality of the dishes are worthy of a starred restaurant. Very nice table. products are of quality. The dishes were excellent to such a point that I was able to rediscover some products that I didn't like before. I would also note that they have a very beautiful wine map with a very large choice. To finish, I would say that I spent a pleasant time on the terrace facing the sunset overlooking the estate. I've been here every three months for years. Chief Florian left at the end of June. succeeded by his second. I find the quality always very well and the quality ratio excellent price. Their lunch at 55€ with the water and coffee wines is really a good plan. prestige menu also excellent. creativity combined with tradition make this restaurant a pleasure to attend. Nevertheless their wine list can be revised and prices for "semi prestigious" wines are prohibitive.Always happy with the service. bravo

No sommelier for the aperitif and dinner, we were imposed the brand of champagne (not terrible) for the aperitif. No toasts served with the foie gras terrine, obligation to claim bread and disappointing dessert (the strawberry in all its states). the most serious, at breakfast, there was a big glass in my fruit salad verrine, I had to remove it and I was not apologized: it could have been very dangerous!!!
