Frankly disappointing! A hotel that does not respond when asked to solve problems, unworthy services of a 4*, no effort on the part of staff on the reception. The castle is beautiful! The places are really beautiful, with an exceptional setting. The service is impeccable. Our dinner menu tasting was very good at the evening restaurant.
