The updated menu is much simpler, but still delicious. Our server Kirsty was fantastic and very professional. We will definitely be returning.

Only visited for pre cinema drinks last night and the service by Steve was fantastic! He always ensured we were well taken care of and promptly. Very welcoming and chatty!

We decided to try out Chiquito after hearing about their new menu, and we were not disappointed. Our server, Kirsty, was delightful and made us feel very welcome. We went here on 04/01/16 at 3pm were greeted seated straight away by Flavia who was most helpful very friendly throughout our time here. The food was top quality our drinks were good value for a restaurant generally we were happy with this visit which was our first (not done Chiquitos before) certainly wont be our last. We did intend to go to Nandos but the chaos lack of organisation in there was horrendous which was fortunate for us !! M K (Derbys)

Significant improvement is needed! Firstly, I want to mention that the waitress who served us was very friendly and honest about being new and still learning. However, there were issues with the tablet system used for ordering, as it listed items differently than on the menu, causing confusion. Initially, we ordered halloumi fries, cheese fondue, vegan garlic pizza, and bread as starters, but what we received was cheese fondue, chicken wings, and a non-vegan pizza and bread. Luckily, we noticed the mistake before anyone ate the non-vegan items, but it could have been a serious problem for our vegan guest. What we can say we where shocked from what staff knows about menu and communication of supervisor/ manager the mixed raced guy. We believe his name is Prayus. We ordered nachos for a starter and enchiladas for our main. When nachos arrived we asked for...a cheese sauce on a side and cutlery and been told that they run out of sauce.I then asked a waitress how will they make our enchiladas as it has jalapeño cheese sauce and she asked- oh is there ? Then turned around and went like we assumed to ask a chef something but never came back. No one asked us do we still want an enchiladas or we want something else because there was no cheese sauce.
