Absolutely dreadful experience at Cinnamon Indian Restaurant. The food was disgustingly bland, service was atrocious, and the ambiance was downright sinister. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being deceived and disappointed. Don't let their façade fool you this place is a den of culinary deception

First time on Brick Lane. The food was terrible, no spice to it, bland. I always have Chicken Tikka Masala, but this was the first time with onions in it!!! It is obviously a tourist trap now, which is disappointing. Also, they didn't have any Masala tea or any other tea for that matter. Will not be back. Don't be fooled by the guys next door at Aladdin trying to tell you it's the same restaurant...it is not! Speisekarte ansehen

I came here for my 40th birthday dinner with friends in October… I had a lovely time here the staff were excellent and friendly! They even went over the road and got us cheaper drinks which was lovely of them. The food items led was amazing, I couldn’t fault the service or the kitchen staff at all. I will surely return back here soon! Thanks again to my brothers in the restaurant who made it a special night for me. We were a party of 7

Absolutely terrible experience at Cinnamon Indian Restaurant on Brick Lane. The food was bland, cold, and overpriced. Service was incredibly slow and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The restaurant was dirty, with sticky tables and unclean cutlery. Portions were tiny and definitely not worth the money. It’s clear that all the positive reviews are fake because this place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs if you want a decent meal and good service. Save your time and money, and find a better restaurant elsewhere

Total scam. Says they’re the same restaurant as Aladdin when hustling you inside. Have terrible experience there, then claim they’re not associated with each other. So I’ll post this on both Aladdin and Cinnamon. Dishonesty trumps all. Numbers in the picture don’t add up to the total. They add up to 42.75. Call waiter over, ohh sir you so silly it says clearly at the bottom 12.5% service charge applied. No line item for it on the receipt. “It’s optional”. And 12.5%, even if it was applied as a line item, still doesn’t equal the total. Dishonesty at its finest. Speisekarte ansehen
