Had a lovely time with friends and took my 10 month old baby. Very friendly and welcoming. The fish and chips and blackforest cake are yum!

Lovely pub located on the A4 with parking and a garden. The food was delicious and of high quality. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend trying the Fish and Chips and the Belly Pork dishes.

This restaurant serves the best food in the area. You must try it if you haven't already. We tried the Rib eye steak, cooked to perfection at medium rare. We also enjoyed a Sunday lunch and it was also perfect. This restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure that their food is high quality and reasonably priced.

Had the roast Beef Sunday lunch today and it was most excellent. The food is all cooked to order so you know it’s fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff very happy and helpful and I love the fact dogs and children are more than welcome in the lovely back garden Will definitely be back and would totally recommend to anyone fancying some great food at reasonable prices :

very friendly staff. reduced menu, but every amount of choice. eating came hot and was all good. lamb hotpot was particularly good. large parts. the restaurant was quite quiet and was cold in the temperature, so it was a cooler visit. I'm sure if it had been more business, it wouldn't have felt cold, but the meal didn't spoil. visited with friends and we will visit again.

a Thursday night with my wife and I the only people, but we were early starters at 17:30 hours. very quiet, but this is a bonus and the service was very focused and respectfully excellent customer orientation. eating was fantastic and very full, so no place for plucking. the access and parking to the pub was easy. the price-performance ratio was 5 stars. I recommend the coach and the horses in midgham and they will not be disappointed.

Who knew this little gem was right on my doorstep. I drive by it every day and never give it a thought but we decided to go for a light lunch today, after going through the list of pubs local to us which are normally either over priced or not particularly that friendly we thought we would give the Coach and Horses a go. So glad we did, food was delicious, staff were so nice and prices very reasonable. We will definitely be going back numerous times.

Great home cooked food excellent beers. Great to find a restaurant where you know everything is home cooked by people who obviously care about quality ensuring everything is ok with the meal, without being over the top . Will be making this our new favourite eating place in the area. Excellent value for money too.nice that they have a dog friendly area in the bar a covered area in the garden. We enjoyed a fantastic meal out for my birthday. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I was really impressed with the quality of the food. It looked incredible and tasted just as good. I would definitely visit here again and would be quick to recommend to others. Points to note: Signs saying ‘Dog friendly’. Water bowls available for dogs in the garden. The parking area is small but there were plenty of spaces available on a Friday night when we went. Just worth thinking about if you have multiple vehicles in your party. Maybe worth car sharing where possible. Lovely large garden with plenty of tables in the sun or a shaded seating area.
