Absolutely fantastic, as always! I enjoyed the tuna salad, which was complemented by delicious artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the coffee was great too.

The food here is always exceptional, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. The coffee is outstanding, and I really enjoy their lemon meringue pie. It's a wonderful spot to catch up with friends over lunch.

The food is scrumptious and authentic and the hot chocolate is a real hot chocolate of melted chocolate which is to die for! But the best thing about the place is the family vibe and friendly staff and owners. Just an amazing place.

The vegan breakfast is great with no meat substitutes and amazing flavours, however, there aren't many other options to have as a vegan across the whole menu. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, and will try their best to get you a table. It would be nice if the biscuit that comes with the hot drinks was biscoff or another vegan biscuit, especially when ordering a drink with oat milk and a vegan meal. I ordered the frittata of the day, which was somewhat disappointing as it had a rather uniform egg flavor and I couldn't really taste the parmesan or wild mushrooms. It came with a side salad, and while the pesto and balsamic dressings added some flair to the frittata, there wasn't enough of it. I could have asked for more pesto, and I'm sure they would have happily obliged, but I think the frittata would benefit from a dipping bowl of pesto and a slice of toasted sourdough instead of the salad. Nonetheless, I'm eager to return and try the pizza or pasta next time. Thank you!

Visited yesterday for the first time Friends who live in this area took us out) Small place full of character.. Love the service and great Italian humour.. As I’m from Croatia near Italy) I love that mentality&hospitality. The food was great. Our friends had veg platter for two and my husband and I had pizzas. Mine was pizzeta contadina with green pesto, pine nuts, artichoke and goat cheese ,The pesto was obviously home made and the dough is also done in the house I make my own pizzas at home and you can taste the difference) What was my best experience of the day? COFFEE.. The coffee was absolute perfection!! .. the gentlemen who did the coffee was real Italian barista who prepare his coffe...

What a charming little place. This cafe restaurant is tucked away on the end of a few shops just round the corner from the shops of Poynton. It is always busy so would definitely recommend booking even if it's just for 2 people definitely ring to book a table. I would say it fits about 20-30 people in, tables and chairs are close together and you can hear everyone chatting away and the Staff have a chat with you too making sure you have what you need etc. It can be loud with everyone talking, the kitchen and staff going backwards and forwards but it adds to the character of the place.
