When we tried to politely address our disappointment with the manager, the staff were informed and reacted poorly. We were later approached by two staff members in town regarding our complaint, which we found unprofessional. We will be taking our business elsewhere to a coffee shop that does not tolerate this kind of behavior."

Yesterday, my husband and I stopped by this restaurant while passing through Brecon. The friendly and helpful staff were busy but still took the time to check which cakes were dairy-free.

This is a great spot to enjoy a wide selection of coffees and teas, along with a delicious assortment of food options. The ambiance is lovely, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Faces onto the main street and you can watch the world go by. Plenty of tables and a good display of food and snacks. Fast service at the counter and good coffee. A relaxed atmosphere and prices were fine.

I always like popping in to any Coffee #1 as you can always be assured of good food and drink, and the Brecon outlet is no exception. It’s also a very comfy and welcoming place with fairly reasonable prices to boot.

In the middle seat on the busy high street is this coffee shop. They have different kinds of coffee and delicious cookies and pies. Not the pastry as we wish for but for English chilling a pretty big choice. Also saw photos with sandwiches and stuff, but we didn't see them there.

the staff was very friendly, and the coffee was good, with mostly clean tables with the others, in the process of cleaning. the toilets were another story they were in a very bad condition. Although it is the customers who make the chaos, the employees should check the loo is all so often clean them if necessary.
