Cortezo Yatai Market

This little gem of a place had the most amazing smelling and tasting food I’ve had in a very long while. If you’re a fan of Asian food, and you’re in Madrid, be sure to visit, you won’t be disappointed!!

My husband and I ate lunch at the Hong Kong Duck in the Yatai Market yesterday. We had 2 different meals and they were both excellent just wish we'd found this place sooner! Our best food so far in Madrid. We will be here for 2 more weeks and I guarantee that we will be back. Speisekarte ansehen

One of the best places we have eaten in Madrid! Went with a few friends and after a somewhat long but understandable wait, we got in. Many places to choose from with very reasonable prices. Ended up getting a chow mein with fried duck dish and it was phenomenal. The atmosphere is very cool as well.

Bastante chulo el sitio, para repetir. Eso sí, ve con tiempo porque un día entre semana a las 21:00 ya hay cola de media hora por lo menos. Los platos sobre unos 7-10 pavos y vienen bien de cantidad. Donde sí es verdad que te meten un poco el castañazo es con las cervezas asiáticas que te las venden a casi 4 euros.

Recomiendo ir temprano para no tener que estar muy agobiado y coger mesa. Nosotros fuimos por todos los puestos y en todos te explican qué tienen, a demás de tener una muestra en barniz. Nosotros cogimos pato sobre ensalada, ramen en caldo de cerdo, las bolitas de pulpo y alitas que picaban en el mismo puesto que las bolitas. Speisekarte ansehen

recomendado 100%. Es un gran lugar de mercado donde cada posición puede tomar todo lo que desee. Lo mejor es ir en grupo para probar muchos platos de diferentes lugares. lo ideal es ir pronto (base) para conseguir un lugar y ser una gota sobre todo en el fondo en verano. poniendo un palo es que el lugar sólo tiene un sitio de bebida y llena mucho. Estaremos a salvo.

En general es toda una experiencia tanto visual como para el paladar. Es como sumergirte en un mercado callejero de street food. Tengo que seguir probando platos de diversos puestos. Por ahora he probado el arroz con kimchi, y aunque es ligeramente picante está buenísimo. Y la tarta de quedo con yuzu (Stuart little) es una maravilla. Algunos puestos tienen opciones para veganos y con platos preparados al estilo casero. En general es un sitio para repetir y todo un acierto si eres amante de la gastronomía asiática.
