"What a pleasant surprise! Upon ringing the doorbell, the ambiance felt serene. A staff member welcomed us and escorted us upstairs, where we underwent a temperature check, which was quite reassuring. Then the experience truly began. The view over the harbor from the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the menu. If you love seafood, this place is a must-visit—the dishes are exceptional. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who shared insightful knowledge about the city and the restaurant’s offerings. Thanks to their hospitality and the delicious food, we will definitely make the trip again. P.S. The octopus was outstanding!"

The food here is really good. I prefer hot seafood platter, other than that i gave two thumbs up. I will order the whole brawn crab again!

Great value for money, added to my list to go back . Seafood fresh and some audacious recipes, like black pudding and scallops. Our octopus was a bit overcooked, which compromise the 5star.

The Crab and Winkle Resturant were no longer there as they burned down a month before. Very sad for them, but we had to phone around to find a booking somewhere else, as we were not reported.

absolutely brilliant meal, surprised how beautiful it was, given inside the inconvenient outside. kovid safe, more than all others we have visited this week, still in trials in august 2021. 3 courses for a.party of 4,everything good and wine list was also awarded at a reasonable price

I could easily give this restaurant a five-star review! I've never had such an incredible experience in a seafood restaurant before. We tried our first natural oysters, and they were fantastic! The highlight for me was the delicious brown fish—I can't recall having anything quite like it. It's not often you find octopus claws in a fish restaurant, unless you go to a Greek place in England. The mussels were also amazing! On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were so happy to have discovered this place to celebrate our special occasion!
