Creperie Le Triskell

Bonne crêperie mais rien d exceptionnel. Prix très correct et service agréable. Bon petit cidre brut pas trop sucré.

The atmosphere is very good and the owners/hosts are very nice people. The steaks that we ate were a bit stringy and somewhat undercooked as you can expect in France.

Mon compagnon, mes beaux parents et moi même sommes arrivés sur Avranches vers 21h un soir à la recherche d'une crêperie. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur la Crêperie Triskell et n'avons pas été déçus. Accueil très souriant et agréable. Crêpes au blé noir bien garnies accompagnées d'une petite salade verte, crêpes au froment (donc sucrées) pour le dessert et cidre. Nous nous sommes régalés pour un prix correct (60 euros à 4).

We were in Avranches on a very hot day and stumbled across this restaurant which was close to where we parked. Nice choice of dishes (I had Pork á la Normande - my wife had pizza) and very welcoming hosts. Obviously popular with locals as it was full to capacity and we appeared to be the only tourists there. I would say that you need to be a fairly competent French-speaker to get the best from it as the English spoken by the staff is quite limited. Speisekarte ansehen

Alors je ne peux pas mettre moyen mais bien mais comme ça n'existe pas, ça sera 4 étoiles.Alors, le personnel est souriant, très sympathique, les prix raisonnables et l'attente assez courte.Alors parlons de ce qui n'allait pas vis à vis des crêpes sélectionnées :Les pomme de terre étaient farineuses et assez pâteuses ce qui montre qu'elles étaient cuite depuis un moment puis stockées. Dommage car le reste était vraiment intéressant.Pour la crêpe poire chocolat, la poire a trop pris le dessus sur le chocolat rendant e dernier presque anecdotique. Prenez un chocolat plus fort ou rendez le moins liquide (plus concentré) pour lui donner plus d'intensité

Visited this delightful little gem of a restaurant on 24/04/13 purely because we had tried and failed to get in at lunchtime because it was so busy and seemed to be the busiest eateries in town. We were certainly not disappointed. The proprietress, despite her...arm being in a heavy bandage, did her utmost to make us welcome from the outset. The restaurant is billed as a creperie but is much more than that with a full restaurant menu available. I opted for the steak and my partner the veal escalope. We both enjoyed it and in total the bill came to only 48.40€ which included two starters, the mains as above, a 50cl carafe of house wine and two coffees. All in all a very, very fine restaurant...

on the destination bien trouver des endroits sympas, hors le circuit des restaurants franchises. ce soir, à avranches, on a eu le plaisir de manger dans ce restaurant. trois galettes bretonnes et un steak frites, cuit à la perfection. l’accueil est d’une qualité rare (et oui,...je viens de lire d’autres avis.) un excellent repas, pour un très, très bon prix, avec un accueil chaleureux. je conseille fortement un repas dans ce restaurant. we love to find typical French restaurants, away from the usual franchized matters. tonight, in avranches, we had the pleasure to eat in this restaurant. three Breton godets (if they have never eaten a galette, they really have to try one) and a steak and chi...
