We've come to the neighbor three times since the owner change. The first two times it was in the evening, few people, the meals were really good despite a not hot soup. The third time, we came at noon. The service was loaded, of course, but the waiting was too long. we have indeed waited more than an hour before leaving because we had not yet had our entrances, gaspachos.
