"I am now to be considered a Turist for the city of Palermo since I have been living and working in the north for many years!! But Palermo always remains my City of origin. Today I must say with great pleasure finally known an important change... Entrepreneurs finally realized that catering is the real center on which to focus for the millions of Tourists visiting our City. The Cristal Palace has dedicated but above all it has focused a lot on catering, opening a real gem and right at the foot of the beautiful Structure that is a Hotel in the center is located right in the historic center of Palermo, from where it is proposed therefore as the ideal starting point to visit our beautiful city. The Bistrot that gives moments of true relaxation, has a menu that changes every day according to what the market offers and must say very important point but above all difficult to find in other structures. The attention to the guests is really amazing, Chef Giovanni Marino once coordinated the work of Cuisine , comes to find each guest sitting in his restaurant to sincerely if everything went well and this for me is an added value. Spectacular dinner with smoked tris, spaghetti with clams (divini! , prawns, sorbet, wines, etc... the best hotel restaurant where I have ever eaten (but it is also open to external adventurs . Report price for fear!
