Such a great little restaurant, hidden in a small alley near the Vatican. Delicious fresh seafood, follow through tasteful pasta lobster dish. Friendly service and you can see their history on the wall. It is a small place so that reservation is recommended.

We ate lunch here waiting on a Vatican tour and it was perfect. They have lots of fresh fish available but we both chose the spaghetti and clams which was the best I had in Rome. There was an excellent choice of wine by the glass and the owner and his waitstaff were more than friendly. I’d love to go here again

One of the best fish restaurants in Rome. Very friendly service. It's delicious. Pasta with mussels is amazing. The only criticism is that it becomes extremely loud as the place is small and above all the long table reservations transform the place into a sister atmosphere. In a small street near the Vatican there is one of the best fish restaurant in Rome. Fresh sea food, good wine, local atmosphere. In a city like Rome it’s almost impossible to encounter a place without tourists. So here we are! Everytime i am visiting the eternal city I come here for dinner. Needless to say I highly recommend it. A little bit expensive but in the middle of the city quality comes at a price.

Great experience. friendly staff and gilberto, the owner, great consultant for delicious dishes. around the Vatican there are many touristic premises, where clearly quantity is produced. here instead you pay attention to the quality of the products. we enjoyed raw red shrimps, a timballo of roasted calamaretti and a bruschetta tomato and clams. spaghetti with clams and pasta with beans and seafood the first dishes. to finish a apple pie with ice cream on it and a hot chocolate heart. sensational. We'll be back.

One of the best meals we had during our week in Rome. The seafood was excellent and our waiter recommended a very reasonably priced wine that paired perfectly with our meal. The lemon sorbet, served in a champagne flute, was different from the traditional scoop in a bowl as was the tiramisù. What also made for a wonderful meal was the restaurant’s location on a quiet side street on the “other” side of the Vatican and the absence of a noisy tourist crowd. Only surprise was that they didn’t have an espresso machine, so our after dinner beverage was a Moka. Perfectly fine, but surprising. Speisekarte ansehen
