"We ate there with family on Sunday noon, took a menu at 38€ entrance - dish - cheese - Dessert. Positive points: - very good reception - smiling and helpful staff- not too much waiting between each dish, just what it takes - super decoration and very pleasant frame - excellent foie gras entrance with touch of originality (glace). - cooking meat and perfect fish- excellent and tasty aperitives-! Very clean establishment. Negative points: - for entries, generally good! but nothing extraordinary. Smoked salmon too salty and too hard texture. no identity for each dish: especially the main dishes, having exactly the same fillings and the same presentation. appetizing but that's not what we expect from a gastronomic restaurant. - for the big disappointment cheese: it seems that it was served "vite fait bien fait": not necessary and a little heavy between the dish and the dessert. Once again too simple, not bad but lack of work of flavors-! desserts too classic and too sweet, quality of the products to be challenged. balsamic vinegar as a dessert decoration has nothing to do here-. Very pretty room, but too close to the other guests, we couldn't hear each other. there was a lot of people that day it is however not perhaps like that usually. = frankly average flavours, foods not at all sublimated. I found that overall there was clearly a lack of seasoning and gustative surprise, the foods did not marry specically together. disappointed with the titles on the menu. I've had to put my plate on several occasions. No originality. sauces (salads, meats) give the impression of being completely scrambled (except for fish). To summarize I would say that the price quality report is frankly disappointing. disappointment of the idea that you make dishes by reading the menu that promised originality and flavors. I know there's work behind, and I'm sorry to point a "let's go." may be that the very identity of this establishment, which for my part has not convinced me. quality of certain products to be challenged. I don't recommend this restaurant unless it lowers its prices."

"We've heard so much about it! We're a little disappointed! the setting is pleasant in a beautiful garden on the edge of canal and loire but the table is benchal in the small stones. We wait a bit before we come to introduce the menu. the amuse-bouche are good but any and the gaspacho in verrine is warm and too liquid. The wine list is interesting, varied and prices are correct. the choice of loire wines is perfect as well as the Mennetou-Salon chosen. However, the young man who presents the wine obviously knows nothing about it!I chose a count of turtle and my companions of the foie gras duck. This was a little seasoning. The roasted sandstone and the beef parmenter have feasted my friends. I had chosen a soft and mellow yellow poultry but the tandoori spices announced were not on my plate. the selected desserts (craquelin with strawberries and floating island) were delicious. the service is discreet, effective but without particular empathy. Anyway, we had a good time because we had a good time and we were friends (3 at the table). but there would be some small efforts to make it perfect: - more rigor in seasoning - more attention to customers the restaurant is always full and you have to book! Then go and make your opinion."

"with two friends we went to eat at the arte saran last weekend, there was a problem on all points: the welcome-: the manager (a man who does not do the service and does not wear the apron of art) said hello, at the reception, without really raising the eyes of his screen and without placing us in the room. It's another server that came to welcome us. Once seated, we change our place at the end of 5 minutes to give this table to other customers (of course they don't change the covers and towels that were ours.) The service: - we didn't have the gressins usually served with the aperitives-. my friend's mojito was not gaseous (the perrier and the lemonade were probably opened since the beginning of the service-.) no courtesy visits were made to find out if "everything was going well" during the service and we were not asked at the time of paying, at the reception-. we waited 25 to 30 minutes to receive our dishes-. the customers we left our table were served before us. The kitchen: - my friend's pizza and I were too cooked (I had a cheese pizza;) which was so dry, I don't tell you about the paste and the crust-.) the milanaise and my friend's salad were served without bread (so all the accompaniments we needed were not put on the table after typing the dishes; moreover, we didn't have a water carafe before asking for it in the middle of the meal-.) In short, it's an art to be avoided. fortunately for them we were not mysterious customers. And when we leave, back to the reception (to pay) the manager doesn't care if we ate well."

"A short time ago we were invited for a family meal on the occasion of a birthday...Having learned the amount of the menu per person I think we have here the etalon meter of the g...... The green cabinet was a renowned place of Orléans, it became anything Not only will I not recommend the establishment but I strongly advise it. The list of breaches of the right rules of restoration is too long to be detailed but for example how to justify the price of the child menu at 23 Euros while it is at 19 € normally. The management of this establishment had the chance to have pigeons as customers, it is not very glorious...."
