good place for a fast stop to refresh or a light snack. I wouldn't make it a target lunchtime, but if in the opposite it was quite good.

Dropped by for lunch and all we could say was wow! Beautiful restaurant, great service, good prices and the salads we had were among the best yet!

We travelled to Apt to see the lavander fields. On our way we found this restaurant by the roadside. Outside you see bikers enjoying their beer. Inside, the place is nicely decorated and they have a super Wine sortiment. Suggestion du Chef came with a...very fine Ratatouille that was so tasty!!

My husband and I loved the friendly welcome and attentive service of Don Carmine. I usually ordered the chef's choice; my husband loved their simply served duck. A nice variety of wines and aperitifs, and then, if there was room, a big gelato selection. WE...felt like family after our month in the Luberon. Don Carmines opened for the first time the night we came. They were quite busy with local drop in traffic. We were people and they accommodated us without a reservation. Meals were good and the enfant menu had numerous choices so the kids were quite happy. Playground nearby and the staff were great about working with hungry tired kids, and parents. We came back so were there more than once because of tired kids and the ease of being there.

for a long journey we were looking for somewhere to lunch on the way to bonnieux. when we drove through coustellet, we were stopped at the traffic lights and as a result we noticed don carmine and thought it would be ideal. it was an absolutely great...find, beautifully decorated in a modern wise, flaky wein embellish the walls and overall very welcoming. the staff and service were very good, but best was the excellent food. we ordered a mixed cheese and meat plate and loved each piece, it must have been six or seven cheese, several types of meat and the most beautiful foie gras. the best plate of this kind we had in many a year. a wonderful discovery and a visit very worth.

We stopped in for a late lunch when most other places were closed. We had been at the Sunday morning market and also the Lavender Distillery minutes walk). everywhere with a pre-printed plastic menu means that they sound the same old eating year for year, and that is what they get here. all old dishes, gambas flakes, magret du canard, the usual salates, and a token italian gesture in milanese and...pasta dishes. and where it went wrong. penne and shame, for the same price as penne and bolognese should be rich with pesto, with freshly rubbed parmesan, pine nuts and mint it's a demolition. the milanese was in order when they ignore the fact that it was not spiced before the broth.
