This restaurant offers an excellent selection of salads, sandwiches, hot soups, and pies. They also excel in their coffee and tea offerings, all at very reasonable prices.

I stopped in for a quick lunch before my flight and the food was wonderful. With so many places in the terminal, this one looked quite busy but fast so I decided to try. I ordered the moroccan chicken box with peach ice tea and pecan pie. Great flavour and crunchy salad hit the spot! When I am back in LHR, I will definitely go back!

There is a large selection of sandwiches, cookies, and beverages for people prior to getting on to your flight. In addition to the sandwich, I wanted just a part of the baguette. They do not sell bread separately. If they are making sandwiches in the back, why can't they just sell me a piece of bread? What did I learn today? Ham and Brie sandwich is a solid bet for the 11 hour flight home.

This seemed to be the closest thing I could find to a proper early-morning coffee shop for those of us who had gotten up to early for our return flight. The hot roll 's roll tasted like dry cardboard, but it was stuffed with a shockingly plausible poached egg; for a coffee you 'll have to wait for them to make you an americano, but it 's tall and hot and does the trick. Quick, with lots of seating.

I was soooo happy to come across a healthy choice restaurant to eat in at. I had a carrot mango and lime juice, banana date oat smoothie, a quinoa, cranberry, nut and mango purée bowl and cut up a banana on top. I also bought a Mexican chicken wrap for the plane ride. All excellent, the juices rated fresh! It was great, nice flavor, I was just in awe as you don't usually find healthy eats at a airport. the service was friendly and polite

Eat delivers on its promise. They now offer an improved selection of hot food, including pies served with mash and gravy, along with a variety of soups that change daily. Additionally, they still provide the usual options like sandwiches and wraps. If you’re short on time and can’t settle down at one of the bigger restaurants, this is the perfect spot for a quick bite. There are also a few power outlets by the breakfast bar seating area for those who need to charge their devices.

Who charges customers for a small cup of hot water? This place does. I ordered about 12 pounds worth of food and drinks, and they wouldn't even provide a small cup of hot water for my TheraFlu medicine. It's not the first time I've experienced poor customer service here. The last time I visited, they gave one of my sandwiches to another customer and made it difficult for me to get a replacement, even though I had my receipt. I suggest saving your hard-earned money and going to Nero at the other end of the terminal instead. This place is terrible and charges more than full price for awful service!

If you are transferring through Heathrow you are likely to find yourself in good old terminal 5. A busy place filled with tired and frazzled travelers trying to locate their connecting flights to points around the world. But don 't fret. There are far worse places to end up. Terminal 5 is one of the better terminals anywhere, so many different dining options which include everything from Gordon Ramsey 's Plane Food , Giraffe for burgers, an Asian noodle place and even a pub where you settle in for a nice cool brew and chips. Heathrow Terminal 2 has become my home in Europe. I 've spent more time in this airport compared to any other and finding food is CRITICAL to surviving the trek over the Atlantic. I 've tried pretty much ALL the restaurants here and unequivocally, EAT is my favourite place. From the drinks, to the selection, to the costs... its the only place that makes you feel good in the air after eating while still being able to walk onto the plane thinking your wallet is intact.
