A pity they wouldn't pass us through the plate even though they asked for it. very good attention received. edit and respond to the answer: I understand that the ear is feira, but if you do not know it and does not put it in any place that is cooked because you ask it thinking it is the typical one on the plate. A great experience: in Perzuela; amazing food, prepared with love and passion. This is a place for locals as well as people traveling through the area. Thiamin’s a place we will certainly visit again and again! Highly recommendable
