"We have deviated from the highway to go eat. We have chosen this bar-restaurant because of the good comments we have read on Google. Today, August 15 and a holiday. The menu that they have offered us consists of 3 starters: ham and cheese accompanied by toasted bread with tomato, a very rich salad with goat cheese, chicken, assorted lettuces, blueberries, very tasty and rich, and homemade cod croquettes, 2 for each. "After visiting the fabulous Castle we were ready for sustenance before continuing sightseeing. We stopped at the eatery on the way down, and even though it was before lunch opening time, the chap kindly prepared some cold dishes for us. Ham, tomato, cheese and some other goodies including bread were proffered. And very welcome they were. Accompanied by drinks of coffee and cappuccino, afterwards we were ready to continue exploring the grand town."

"We decided to have lunch at Restaurante El Bado on our way back to Valencia from Navajas. It proves that it was a brilliant idea. Even we arrived a little bit late the staff welcomed us in a really friendly way. The food was fresh and prepared in a very exquisite way. We had arroz marisco (the best that I had in Valencian Community), pulpo prepared in a specific way and solomillo , all of them really delicious. On top of it was the dessert leche frita cooked almost at perfection (and I really am into sweets). Francisco, The Chef , proved not only to be highly skilled in the art of cuisine but also the heart of the restaurant. His knowledge about the wine helped us to chose the perfect stylish 6 Elementos , a very fruitfull and delicios strong red wine which accompanied perfectly my solomillo . The price was quite cheep related to the quality and the nice atmosfere. Thank you for attention and outstanding dishes. Highly recommended restaurant (even it is not on the main routes no doubt it worth a short detour). For sure we will return."

"We love the place so much, we hope to come back this week. When I saw the reviews, I was a little scared in case the waitress didn't give up and we threw ourselves all morning, but for nothing, super friendly and fast, less than an hour since we sat down until we finished. the most beautiful dishes, go to a bar and watch the pot to burst the food already makes you want to take it whole, the spectacular xxl creamet, had never tried it.
