"Dear all. I have been to this excellent restaurant several times. I usually don't talk too much about it since I enjoy the fact that it is not too crowded. However, I feel that despite my egoistic attitude, I must share the fact that the owners last winter (Oct/Nov 2019) have added several completely new high standard rooms. Together with my friend, we were the first official guests arriving the day after their official opening. What a surprise. The food is genuine Tuscan and perfect as always and so is the wine (just take a look at the wine cellar your way in). Eating all of a sudden becomes less important unless you are starving. But then again, you can always bring the wine to the table. In November there is also a good chance that the owner can serve you white truffles. Book early to get a room. High season is one thing, but off season this is an excellent place to stress down. With a rental car or your own, you can visit e.g the Bulgary area and enjoy their wines without other tourists disturbing. Don't miss L'Osteria del Pinzagrilli in Guradistallo."

"Loved this friendly little restaurant come bar come gelateria. Enjoyed a coffee and their excellent home made ice cream several days during the week and ate there one evening for dinner. We were seated in panoramic terrace, unfortunately it was dark when we were there but during the day it would be spectacular! I do wonder though if some of the interior rooms would be a little more atmospheric. We both enjoyed our meals, can highly recommend the salt cod balls on chickpea puree and as for the ravioli with gorgonzola, pear and walnuts!! Although the initial welcome on the night we were there was a little cool to begin with they did warm to us, I feel it has been a long busy season for them! Would definitely return if we go back to this delightful village"

"Cominciamo dai gestori, dai giovani gestori: Alessio e Dalila sono persone magnifiche (e tanto vi basti : Vediamo il locale, anzi, i locali (giacché si dispone di ampi spazi e vari, inclusa una terrazza con Belvedere e un bel giardinetto con giochi per i bimbi : sono locali raffinati, e al contempo rustici, pensati e realizzati da una coppia di arredatori e decoratori di prim'ordine come Lilli e Aldo. E veniamo alla sostanza, il cibo. Menù vario: mare, terra, pizza. Materie prime ricercate (e fanno la differenza: io sono un amante della trippa e qui ho apprezzato la migliore che abbia mai mangiato ; i piatti, come i locali, risultano al contempo rustici, caserecci, e ... decisamente raffinati. Non resta che il nostro portafogli: si trovano proposte diverse durante la settima, ma, per metterla giù breve, 25€ terra e 30€ mare alla carta, 20€ terra e 25€ mare a menù fisso (3 scelte . È evidente, i prezzi non collimano con la qualità descritta. Il ristorante è poco conosciuto e deve ancora decollare. E noi ne approfittiamo ;"

"unser Lieblingsrestaurant/Café in casale marittimo. wir waren zum ersten Mal im letzten Jahr da und sind sofort Meister geworden. zu essen: super leckerer Kaffee aus Bohnen die Marke Trinci und große Kornettos. best schmeckt pistazie oder mit pistachio-Füllung. Am Abend gibt es eine kleine, aber feine Auswahl an wechselnden Arrangements. wir finden, dass Wert auf saisonale verfügbare Produkte gelegt wird. so frisch und abwechslung ist immer garantiert. die Portionen sind nicht riesig, aber so lecker und Sie haben definitiw Raum zu essen drei Kurse. die Weinauswahl und -beratung ist auch großartig. "I was at lunch on the same day of the Austrian gentleman below (it sure is him because we were only two tables and the other was two screaming Austrians threatening negative reviews) and I wanted to write two lines in favor of the restaurant, beautiful place where I go often and willingly. Apart from the mis-education of the couple who treated the waiter all the time (who poor did everything to respond politely when there was to kick them out) the blow was when they asked for the chili to put on the dough (which had attracted our attention because they had put a quintal) then leave it in the dish saying it was inevitable. Some people should not have the right to write reviews and above all make an Austrian laugh that is believed to be a great gastronomic critic of Italian food. . You guys keep going so great and these elements leave them to their frustrations"
