sublime experience. We have tried so many in different cities in the north center but such pleasure in staying at the table to get the refinements of the chef. It is rare commodity absolutely to try, prepared for pleasure and without expectations. savor every single mouth, with slowness. a place where you never want to leave.

with a large group of friends we had lunch in this local pleasure, made of salts that give intimacy while allowing a great conviality. our menu has allowed us to delight with salad of asparagus and mushrooms with ham turban and various bruschetta, calf fillet wrapped in columned lard to the sagrantino di montefalco and semifreddo to the papaya and mango with fresh fruit. excellent quality, price more than fair, inexplicable service.
