Das Restaurant ist gut gelegen, mit Blick auf den See, aber sehr teuer und nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich hatte Pasta ohne Geschmack, angeblich neue Küche, für 35 CHF. Willkommen, Service (danke Thomas) und vor allem makellose Küche. Alles ist frisches Gemüse, Fisch. Ein Genuss jedes Mal, wenn ich mich mit Freunden verwöhne. Nicht zu vergessen die herrliche Aussicht am Mittag oder am Abend. Es ist wirklich mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Wenn mich jemand nach Rat für ein gutes Restaurant fragt.... Es gibt kein Foto: Le Floris in Anières. Etwas Schönes: kostenlose Parkplätze. Ein weiteres riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team und insbesondere an den Chef. Bis bald.

A return for us to this establishment visited a few months ago, the setting remains the same magnificent with the view of the lake and the sunset, but a note of renewal can be felt on the menu and the dishes offered. The Le Floris restaurant offers a fabulous setting with its garden and view of the lake. The veranda is well designed and functional, which undeniably adds to the overall experience. However, I must express my disappointment with the festive atmosphere that the new owners wanted to recreate, in the style of Parisian restaurants. Unfortunately, this is not reflected at all in the atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the major problems that I have noticed is the excessive number of personnel changes, whether at the level of the chef or the waiters.
