Very pleasant surroundings and easy parking. Service was v good. Anaya on carvery counter was v friendly unlike normal grumpy carvery servers

We come here every week and have never had s bad meal or service, neither have we see anyone complain. The standard through. ought is always good. Such a pleasure to be welcomed.. Roger and Chrystabel

No carvery at the inn, called to see if we needed to book, no was the response. We set off for the carvery and arrived at 6.25, only to be told they weren't serving carvery, sorry, I was under the impression that is a speciality Speisekarte ansehen

Food although good, the service was terrible. The wait for food from ordering was abysmal. People who arrived after we'd ordered were given their food before us. Our wait from paying for our meal to being served was 1 1/4 hours which is unacceptable.

Went for carvery and was five of us in line with meat and Yorkshire pudding and we all had most of the Yorkshire and meat before brought veg out plus’s only one meat to get from all was very bad service but still four hours of food to go not good for business

Nothing against the bar staff here. Friday night visit. Many items on the menu where unavailable, some of our party had to choose mains 3 times due to missing items, no steaks, no fish, no pies. 35 minutes between starters cleared and main course arriving. 4 mains were OK, 4 were overdone, dry and unappetising. Even the draft beer ran out. The manager did refund cost of starters as a gesture of good will which was appreciated. Speisekarte ansehen

The service is an absolute disgrace very rude ignorant staff who cannot even keep the tables clear clean! No bar staff on. The food we was waiting ages for was cold burnt and not edible. The food has really gone downhill, ridiculously overpriced for a small portion of frozen food they threw in to overcook and charge you a fortune for food what was worth £2 a plate if that!! Stay away don't waste your money! It used to be lovely place I don't know what has happened to it

Not the best. Thought I'd give this place another go. My partner ordered chicken for starter which came with BBQ sauce, which we had to ask for. The service was shocking. Lady lovely behind bar but the one who was derving didn't even say enjoy she just put the plates down. Presentation needs to improve. Bread from prawn cocktail starter wasnt froma bloomer. Found a hair in my pork but was so fatty im taking it home for the fox. We also heard a man complaining about chewing gum underhis plate! I dont3think i will ever return

I had to entertain a visiting business associate who enjoys a drink with light refreshments, so decided to take him to TFS. TFS interior decor is exceptionally immaculate, outstanding bar/restaurant, very clean, friendly environment. My associate enjoyed his afternoon in TFS thus, assisted me in securing more business contracts. However, I am not one to write reviews; but this time compelled due to the welcoming young lady who served us. I think her name was Kellie. Through my years of experience of meeting people of all ages of different backgrounds for me Kellie stood out amongst many.
